- Take all these documents along with the other documents of property file to the relevant authorities to apply map approval.
- Once your map is approved then construction can be started.

- Then you need to submit this signed letter in a housing society to update their record that you have taken physical possession of your plot and it is also demarcated for construction.

Yes it expires after one year or you may know updated latest expiry time frame from authorities.

- Date mentioned on demarcation letter should not be older than one year or else surveyor at site will not sign on it and will demand a letter issued within last year.
